Everyone wants to change their habits, but no one wants to put any efforts.
Why?
Look! If you wants to bring some changes in your life as well as in your behaviour. You need to work on it.
You are so invovle and kill your time in social media. Entertainment is important, but do you know how much time and energy you waste every single day!
Try to put some limit in your life or forget about changes.
You are the only who can change your life.
No one else is going to help you out.
I know, I know some of you love to spend time with others and that's totally fine.
But,
What about yourself?
Do you ever think about self improvement or self care.
Most probably no!
Why?
You are too busy in other problems.
If possible help them out.
But think about yourself too.
Gain new good habits.
I must say, every single human have to built a good reading habit. Slowly, slowly you gain interest.
For sure, it will take time, but at least give it a try.
Start with easy book or may be comics.
Just read as per your capacity.
One page, 2 pages, or 10 pages as per your capacity.
Then increase your level slowly and calmly.
Gradually, you built your reading habit.
You always look for some solutions in your life!
Even a lot many questions are unanswered.
Right?
Books are the best thing in this entire world.
It carries all the solutions or various problems.
